Once you have sent us your application, you will be contacted by one of our recruiting managers who will inform you of the outcome of your application and the selection process for your role. You should expect to hear from us within seven working days from the specified closing date.

Our selection process will vary for each of our roles but typically, if you are short listed you will be invited to an interview. This will be a competency-based interview designed to measure your technical knowledge. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about RBS International.

If you are successful at this stage, you may also be invited to meet members of the team in a more informal environment.
